Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically driven RF Simulation Engineer with at least 2 years of relevant experience in RF simulation and RF component design. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electromagnetic (EM) simulations, supporting RF load board design, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize high-frequency performance.
This role primarily focuses on RF simulation using Ansys HFSS, while RF testing and validation will be a secondary responsibility.

Experience
2–3 years of experience in RF engineering, preferably focusing on RF simulation and RF design.
Experience with RF components such as connectors, filters, antennas, or RF interconnects.
Understanding of high-speed PCB stack-up and layout considerations.
Knowledge of SI/PI analysis tools is a plus.
Exposure to manufacturing considerations for RF PCB design.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform 3D electromagnetic simulations of RF components using Ansys HFSS.
Design and optimize RF load boards for high-frequency applications.
Analyze and improve RF performance based on simulation, optimization, and measurement results.
Develop simulation models for various RF structures, including transmission lines, interconnects, connectors, and passive components.
Collaborate with PCB, hardware, and test engineers to ensure robust RF design implementation.
Support PCB layout reviews with emphasis on RF design guidelines, signal integrity, and high-speed routing.
Conduct RF measurements and validation using laboratory equipment such as Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) and related RF instruments when required.
Prepare technical documentation, simulation reports, and design recommendations.
Troubleshoot RF performance issues and propose effective engineering solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Skillsets:
Experience with RF load board or high-frequency PCB design is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Ansys HFSS for electromagnetic simulation.
Solid understanding of:
RF theory
Transmission line theory
S-parameters
Impedance matching
Electromagnetic field concepts
Familiarity with PCB design rules for high-frequency circuits.
Basic understanding of signal integrity concepts is an advantage.
Experience in RF testing and measurement is desirable, but not the primary focus.
Familiarity with RF laboratory equipment (e.g., VNA, spectrum analyzer) is an added advantage.
