Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) and Electronic Systems to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, implementing quality assurance processes, validating RF test methods, and driving continuous improvements across design, manufacturing, and testing phases. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure reliable and high-performance RF products.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Systems & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, and RF regulatory requirements (FCC, CE, ETSI, IEEE)
Prepare and manage documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory approvals.
Assist in internal audits and external audit readiness.
Process Assurance & Product Quality
Define and monitor quality assurance processes for RF product design and manufacturing.
Review and enhance the SOP of design, manufacturing, assembly, testing of the product items.
Ensure compliance of RF components and assemblies with defined specifications.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Track and analyze yield, defect rates, and failure trends for continuous improvement.
Testing & Validation
Oversee setup, calibration, and validation of RF test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters).
Validate and optimize test methods for RF performance (e.g., VSWR, return loss, gain, noise figure).
Support environmental and reliability testing (EMI/EMC, thermal cycling, vibration, burn-in).
Approve final product quality prior to release.
Continuous Improvement
Drive quality initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen for RF processes.
Work with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturability and testability.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve incoming material quality and reduce defect rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with QMS coordinator to ensure the documents and system is in placed and updated.
Partner with design engineers to ensure compliance with RF product standards.
Collaborate with test engineers on automation and optimization of RF testing processes.
Interface with customers during audits and provide technical quality documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field
3–5 years of experience in QA, Quality Engineering, or related role in the RF/Electronics industry.
Good knowledge of RF concepts, components, and measurements.
Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power meter).
Familiarity with ISO 9001. [Preferably on ISO/IEC 17025, and other regulatory compliance (FCC, CE, ETSI)]
Experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, RCA, CAPA).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Optional Skillsets:
Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt/Black Belt certification).
Experience with automation frameworks or RF test software (LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB).
Familiarity with reliability standards (MIL-STD, IEC).
Experience in supplier quality management.
