Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader to drive cross-functional product development for advanced RF test & measurement systems. This role will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, electronics, RF, PCB, test, and assembly functions.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys building teams and processes from the ground up, and can lead products from concept through manufacturing scale-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Leadership
Lead and scale multidisciplinary engineering teams
Build engineering structure, workflows, and execution processes
Drive technical alignment across mechanical, RF, electronics, PCB, testing, and manufacturing
Mentor engineering leads and develop high-performance culture
Recruit and grow aggressive, execution-oriented engineering talent
Product Ownership
Drive product development from concept to production
Balance performance, manufacturability, cost, schedule, and reliability
Translate customer and business requirements into engineering execution
Lead technical prioritization and decision-making
Own engineering delivery timelines and product readiness
Manufacturing & Integration
Drive DFM, DFT, and manufacturing integration
Improve test strategy and production scalability
Collaborate closely with assembly and operations teams
Resolve cross-functional integration bottlenecks
Technical Leadership
Provide system-level leadership in RF test & measurement products
Guide architecture reviews and technical problem-solving
Ensure engineering quality and execution discipline
Support key customer and technical discussions when needed
Qualifications:
Strong background in RF systems, electronics, or test & measurement
Experience:
5+ years in hardware product engineering
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
Proven track record building products from concept to production
Experience in manufacturing integration and productization
Strong execution mindset with startup experience preferred
Comfortable operating in fast-changing, high-growth environments
