(Singapore) PMO Engineer/Senior Engineer/ Manager

This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution and program leadership, owning projects from technical scoping through delivery while coordinating closely with internal quality, production, engineering, R&D and procurement functions as well as external customers and suppliers.

Experience

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of RF and counter-drone hardware programs from concept through production, translating customer requirements into actionable engineering and production plans, while liaising with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure material availability and production readiness.
● Develops and manages project timelines, budgets, risk across the full product lifecycle and dependencies across concurrent projects— from design transfer through IQC, production ramp, and delivery.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing project updates, technical clarifications, and issue resolution, while internally coordinating with quality engineering, manufacturing, and supplier management teams to keep programs on schedule, within scope and budget.
● Run regular status reviews meeting internally and externally, manage change requests, escalate risk, prepare regular reporting to stakeholders and management on project status, issues, and mitigation plans.
● Lead and drive root-cause investigations and lessons-learnt documentation when quality or schedule issues arise, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve nonconformances where needed.
● AOB as assigned.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience:

Skillsets:

 Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), product lifecycle management, engineering change management (ECN/ECO), and production transfer.
 Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 Knowledge of RF systems and subsystems is an advantage.
 Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
 Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin is an advantage to support communication with regional customers and suppliers.
 Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements, supplier management, project implementation, product transfers, and site activities.
