

(Singapore) PMO Engineer/Senior Engineer/ Manager

Job Summary
This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution and program leadership, owning projects from technical scoping through delivery while coordinating closely with internal quality, production, engineering, R&D and procurement functions as well as external customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of RF and counter-drone hardware programs from concept through production, translating customer requirements into actionable engineering and production plans, while liaising with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure material availability and production readiness.
● Develops and manages project timelines, budgets, risk across the full product lifecycle and dependencies across concurrent projects— from design transfer through IQC, production ramp, and delivery.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing project updates, technical clarifications, and issue resolution, while internally coordinating with quality engineering, manufacturing, and supplier management teams to keep programs on schedule, within scope and budget.
● Run regular status reviews meeting internally and externally, manage change requests, escalate risk, prepare regular reporting to stakeholders and management on project status, issues, and mitigation plans.
● Lead and drive root-cause investigations and lessons-learnt documentation when quality or schedule issues arise, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve nonconformances where needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), product lifecycle management, engineering change management (ECN/ECO), and production transfer.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of RF systems and subsystems is an advantage.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin is an advantage to support communication with regional customers and suppliers.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements, supplier management, project implementation, product transfers, and site activities.
